Welcome to Kudegraphy. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our creative production consultancy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Creative Licensing & Copyright

All custom assets, photographs, cinematic videos, and code produced by Kudegraphy remain under copyright. Licensing rights are transferred to clients as detailed in separate production contracts. Products sold in the store (presets, posing guides) are for individual use only.

2. Digital Transactions

By placing an order, you agree to complete payments through our secure checkout portal. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
